Fopps Boutique is a European fashion store located in the Upper East Side area in Manhattan. Market Design team was commissioned to design an overall renovation for the store. Important design issues were the visbility from the busy Lexington Avenue front, bright yet indirect lightling, abundant additional display space, and sophisticated finishes all put together with our aesthetic vision. When the job was completed we had added 85' of extra shelving without crowding the space and generated an astonishing backlit ceiling scheme which was bright yet diffused and soft. The quality of walnut paneling and white frosted laminated glass added finesse to the feeling of dynamism we were able to achieve. Here are the results.
