This seciton comprises Market Design's resindential work in New York area mostly of brownstone and apartment renovations. Market Design delivers consistent creativity with technical expertise on projects ranging from simple bathroom and kitchen renovations to outdoor patios, landscaping and roof decks. We work with efficient code consultants, contractors and engineers to meet requirements and restrictions of city agencies (DOB and Landmarks Dept) which all become crucial especially in gut renovations. We make effective presentations whether it be a tough co-op board, a stern community board or a bored city official.
